Kullanım Koşulları

SnapClass uygulamasını ("Uygulama") indirerek, erişerek veya kullanarak, bu Kullanım Koşullarını ("Koşullar") okuduğunuzu, anladığınızı ve bunlara uymayı kabul ettiğinizi beyan edersiniz. Bu şartları kabul etmiyorsanız, lütfen Uygulamayı kullanmayı derhal bırakın.

1. Lisans ve Erişim

Şirket, Uygulamayı kişisel, ticari olmayan kullanımınız için indirmeniz, kurmanız ve kullanmanız amacıyla size sınırlı, devredilemez, münhasır olmayan ve geri alınabilir bir lisans verir. Bu lisans, Uygulamanın veya içeriğinin satışı, yeniden dağıtımı veya ticari kullanımı hakkını vermez.

2. Hesap Güvenliği ve Kayıt

Uygulamanın bazı özelliklerini kullanmak için kayıt olmanız gerekebilir veya verileriniz yerel cihaz kimliğinizle eşleştirilebilir. Cihazınızın güvenliğini sağlamak sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır. Cihazınıza erişen herhangi birinin işlemlerinden sorumlu olduğunuzu kabul edersiniz.

3. Premium Abonelikler ve Ödemeler

• Satın Alma: Uygulama içi satın alımlar (Premium özellikler) App Store veya Google Play Store üzerinden işlenir.
• Yenileme: Abonelikler, cari dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik olarak yenilenir.
• İade: İade talepleri doğrudan ilgili mağaza (Apple veya Google) politikalarına tabidir ve onlar üzerinden yönetilir.
• Fiyat Değişiklikleri: Şirket, abonelik ücretlerini değiştirme hakkını saklı tutar, ancak mevcut aboneleri önceden bilgilendirecektir.

4. Yasaklanan Faaliyetler

Uygulamayı kullanırken aşağıdakileri yapmamayı kabul edersiniz:

• Uygulamayı kaynak koda dönüştürmek, tersine mühendislik yapmak veya kopyalamak.
• Uygulamayı yasadışı, zararlı veya dolandırıcı amaçlarla kullanmak.
• Uygulamanın güvenlik özelliklerini devre dışı bırakmaya çalışmak.
• Başkalarının fikri mülkiyet haklarını ihlal eden içerik yüklemek.

5. Fikri Mülkiyet Hakları

Uygulama, tasarımı, kodları, grafikleri ve içeriği (Kullanıcı tarafından oluşturulan içerik hariç) SnapClass'ın mülkiyetindedir ve telif hakkı yasaları ile korunmaktadır.

6. Sorumluluk Reddi (Disclaimer)

Uygulama "OLDUĞU GİBİ" ve "MEVCUT OLDUĞU GİBİ" sunulmaktadır. Şirket, Uygulamanın kesintisiz, hatasız veya virüssüz olacağını garanti etmez. Uygulamayı kullanımınızdan kaynaklanan veri kaybı veya sistem hasarı riski tamamen size aittir. Ders notlarınızın ve verilerinizin düzenli yedeğini (cihaz yedeklemesi yoluyla) almanızı öneririz.

7. Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması

Yürürlükteki yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, SnapClass ve iştirakleri, Uygulamanın kullanımından veya kullanılamamasından kaynaklanan dolaylı, arızi, özel veya cezai zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz.

8. Koşulların Değiştirilmesi

Bu Koşulları dilediğimiz zaman değiştirme hakkımız saklıdır. Değişiklikler Uygulama içinde veya web sitemizde yayınlandığı andan itibaren geçerli olur. Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, değişiklikleri kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

9. Geçerli Hukuk

Bu Koşullar, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir ve bu yasalara göre yorumlanacaktır. Herhangi bir uyuşmazlık durumunda İstanbul mahkemeleri yetkilidir.

By downloading, accessing, or using the SnapClass application ("App"), you represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these terms, please stop using the App immediately.

1. License and Access

The Company grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not grant the right to sell, redistribute, or commercially use the App or its content.

2. Account Security and Registration

You may need to register or your data may be paired with your local device ID to use certain features of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device. You agree that you are responsible for the actions of anyone who accesses your device.

3. Premium Subscriptions and Payments

• Purchases: In-app purchases (Premium features) are processed through the App Store or Google Play Store.
• Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Refunds: Refund requests are subject to the policies of the respective store (Apple or Google) and are managed by them.
• Price Changes: The Company reserves the right to change subscription fees but will notify existing subscribers in advance.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to do the following while using the App:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, or copy the App.
• Use the App for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to disable the App's security features.
• Upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The App, its design, code, graphics, and content (excluding User-generated content) are the property of SnapClass and are protected by copyright laws.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". The Company does not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the risk of data loss or system damage resulting from your use of the App is entirely yours. We recommend taking regular backups of your course notes and data (via device backup).

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SnapClass and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App signifies your acceptance of the changes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul courts shall have jurisdiction in case of any dispute.
